The article reveals a methodology for organizing the use of lands in specially protected natural areas, aimed at preserving favorable conditions of the natural complex, where territories are delimited by functional zones and certain land use regimes are established. An analysis of the protection regimes for protected areas in the study area showed that the protection regimes for the territory are based on the intended purpose and objectives of preserving the natural components of this territory. The analysis showed that the specially protected areas of the Ishim region are susceptible to waterlogging, where it is necessary to take measures to prevent flooding. Anthropogenic negative impact is represented by disposal facilities that are located near the borders of specially protected natural areas. The largest amount of emissions of harmful substances comes from unsorted household waste of hazard class 4. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed for preserving the uniqueness and biological diversity of specially protected natural areas, which is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the natural complexes and landscapes existing in the study area.
