Information support for urban planning and land use plays an important role in spatial planning and territorial development, ensuring transparency and accessibility of information for all participants in the process. In today's digital age, where digital technologies are pervasive in all aspects of society, the integration of these technologies into urban planning, territorial planning, and the development of functional zones is crucial. However, there are challenges associated with the in-formation support for urban planning and land use. The information systems used in urban planning and land use are structured differently, and there are discrepan-cies in the regulatory framework. The implementation of a unified information sys-tem can create a foundation for eliminating contradictions that hinder the imple-mentation of urban planning programs. Additionally, insufficient automation in the collection and processing of initial data leads to support for urban development and land use plays an important role in spatial planning and territorial development, en-suring transparency and accessibility of information for all participants in the pro-cess. In modern conditions, when digital technologies cover all spheres of society's life, the introduction of these technologies into urban planning, territorial planning, and the development of functional zones is relevant. Nevertheless, there are prob-lems related to the information support of urban planning and land use. Infor-mation systems used in urban planning and land use are structured differently, and there are also discrepancies in regulatory support. The introduction of a unified in-formation system can create a foundation for eliminating contradictions that hinder the implementation of urban development programs. Also, insufficient automation in the collection and processing of source data leads to an increase in the time re-quired for submitting information.
