Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to formulate the features of the innovation and investment strategy in the field of project management and take them into account when preparing long-term financing programs. This research topic is devoted to the features of innovation and investment strategy in the field of project management. In today's dynamic business environment, the focus is shifting to innovation and effective project management to achieve competitive advantage. The study analyzes the role of innovation and investment in the context of project management, identifying the features and requirements facing project managers. Particular attention is paid to strategic planning, attracting investment, risk assessment and adaptation to rapidly changing market conditions. The results obtained can be useful for project managers, investors and all stakeholders seeking to optimize project management processes in an innovative environment. This article presents the development of the country's innovation strategy, in particular Durable concrete LLC, to create a favorable climate in the company. Factors influencing the development of an innovation strategy were identified and a verbal interpretation was carried out based on the assessments of high-ranking experts from Durable concrete LLC. The socio-economic factors of Durable concrete LLC have been identified. The identified factors allowed management to form a differentiated approach to the selection of methods for developing the innovation strategy of Durable concrete LLC. The significance of the factors was assessed. Influencing the development of the company's innovation strategy.
