PROCEDURE FOR FORMATION OF A LAND PLOT UNDER IZHS BY REDISTRIBUTION

Abstract (English):
The paper presents the procedure for the formation of a land plot for individual housing construction by redistribution from municipal land. Redistribution, which results in the formation and / or division of plots, is one of the mechanisms for the rational use of land resources, which in turn leads to economic, environmental and social benefits. The methodology included the main legal documents regulating the redistribution procedure. The complex of cadastral works includes three main stages - preparatory, main and cameral. The specifics of the preparation and formation of documents and the information contained in the application for the redistribution of land plots are presented. The paper considers the procedure for the formation of a land plot for individual housing construction by redistribution from municipal property lands at a specific facility. The logical conclusion of the formation of a land plot is the execution of documents for the future operation of the formed land plot, namely the development of a project of elements of the development of the territory for obtaining a building permit and subsequent registration of the constructed real estate objects and entering into the unified state register of real estate.
