Industrial convergence fosters ecological interactions between crop and livestock production and creates opportunities for resource exchange between them. At the same time, the convergence of industries can be organized outside one farm, at the inter-farm level, which implies cooperation between two or more farms. The aim of the study was a comprehensive assessment of the development of the cooperative movement in agriculture in the Krasnodar Territory in the context of industrial convergence. The article provides an overview of the development of agricultural sectors in the Krasnodar Territory. The urgency of solving the problems caused by the intensification and specialization of production through the formation of a system of industrial convergence at the territorial level is substantiated. The advantages and limits of cooperation between agricultural producers on the exchange of resources have been clarified. The directions of the state policy focused on the development of industrial convergence in agriculture at the territorial level are considered. The mechanisms of grant support for agricultural cooperatives are described. The prospects of state support for the cooperative movement in the Krasnodar Territory in the context of industrial convergence are reflected.
