Abstract (English):
This article attempts to assess the environment-forming potential of the Tyumen region as a consequence of the urbanization of the urban environment. As an evidence base for the tendency to decrease the area of agricultural land, the authors carried out a retrospective analysis of the indicator of the environment-forming potential of the territory of the Tyumen region.
