The most important prerequisite and natural basis for the creation of material goods is land resources. Effective use of land resources is of great importance in the economy of the state in general and agriculture in particular. In agriculture, the production of products is associated with the qualitative state of the earth's resources, with the nature and conditions of their use. Currently, more and more roads, power transmission lines, communication lines (including linear cable structures), oil pipelines, gas pipelines and other pipelines, railway lines and other similar structures are being built. As a result, the land on which construction can be carried out is becoming less and less, in connection with this, the object of close attention is agricultural land, and for this it is necessary to transfer from one category of land to another. When several adjacent plots of land are redistributed, several other adjacent plots of land are formed, and the existence of such adjacent plots of land ceases. The redistribution of adjacent plots of land may be due to the economic necessity of the owner of one plot to use part of the adjacent plot and vice versa. For the formation of land plots from land that is owned by the state or the municipality, in fact, it is enough to put such a plot on the state cadastral register in compliance with the requirements established by law for such a statement. Some features of the formation of land plots in this way are provided for by the norms of land legislation on the provision of land plots for construction. The legislation establishes the specifics of the formation of land plots from existing land plots that are in the state or municipal ownership.
