Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the state program of agricultural development and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets. The main available short-term borrowed funds are listed in Russian credit organizations and agricultural credit cooperatives. The Guarantee Funds and their role in ensuring access to credit services of financial organizations are considered.
