Abstract (English):
The article considers an approach to the rational organization of the use of a land plot for a sports and recreation facility, due to the fact that the development of the investment and construction sphere has led to a sharp increase in the need for undeveloped land plots suitable for the construction of residential, administrative, industrial and other facilities. destination. The organization of the use of a land plot for a sports and recreation facility is presented, through design developments, with a detailed planning of the study area. The project proposals are substantiated and implemented taking into account the requirements of the regulatory framework.
