В статье приведены результаты исследования, посвященные совершенствованию ранее разработанной автором модели механизма обеспечения эффективности инновационной деятельности в условиях цифровой трансформации бизнеса. Актуальность статьи обусловлена национальными целями развития России в части повышения технологического суверенитета и лидерства в сфере производства передовой инновационной продукции. В качестве одного из возможных компонентов решения поставленных задач доработана и предложена модель механизма, которая направлена на повышение эффективности и результативности этапов инновационного процесса, а также которая учитывает и устраняет некоторые недостатки существующих научных работ по рассматриваемой теме. По итогам работы в настоящей статье представлен механизм, в который включены новые элементы: цифровые инструменты, риск-управляющая подсистема, две системы показателей и др. Применение механизма обеспечения эффективности инновационной деятельности может быть значимо для российских промышленных компаний (за счет функционального назначения цифровых инструментов) и может привнести вклад в достижение стратегических целей развития Российской Федерации на ближайшую перспективу.
The article presents the results of a study devoted to improving the model of the mechanism for ensuring the effectiveness of innovation activities in the context of digital business transformation, previously developed by the author. The relevance of the article is determined by the national development goals of Russia in terms of increasing technological sovereignty and leadership in the production of advanced innovative products. As one of the possible components of solving the tasks set, a model of the mechanism has been finalized and proposed, which is aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the stages of the innovation process, as well as which takes into account and eliminates some of the shortcomings of existing scientific papers on the topic under consideration. Based on the results of the work, this article presents a mechanism that includes new elements: digital tools, a risk management subsystem, two indicator systems, etc. The use of a mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of innovation activities may be significant for Russian industrial companies (due to the functional purpose of digital tools) and may contribute to achieving the strategic development goals of the Russian Federation in the near future.
